48niceph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "48niceph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 48niceph online gaming platform operated at 48niceph.app under PAGCOR licensing.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 48niceph and is accessing the platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on 48niceph following successful registration and verification.
• "Services" means all gaming products, financial services, promotions, and support functions made available through the 48niceph platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive credited to a Player's account subject to specific terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required of all Players prior to withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory body overseeing all legal gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "Wager" means a real-money bet placed by a Player on any game offered through the 48niceph platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all Players within their account settings.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 48niceph platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 48niceph Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 48niceph platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.

Access to and use of 48niceph is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. 48niceph enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise in a jurisdiction where access to and use of 48niceph is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 48niceph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through the 48niceph platform or imposed by PAGCOR — at the time of registration or play.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use real-money gaming services under Philippine law.
• You must not have a previously closed 48niceph account that was closed for violation of these Terms, fraud, or other misconduct.

48niceph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

To access the real-money gaming services of 48niceph, you must complete the registration process and create an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must keep this information current and accurate at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 48niceph at any time. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices used — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 48niceph reserves the right to close all such accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation, subject to PAGCOR oversight.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 48niceph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 48niceph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 48niceph requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, passport, or driver's license. Additional proof of address or source of funds documentation may be requested at 48niceph's discretion or as required by PAGCOR regulations.

All financial transactions on 48niceph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

5.1 Deposits

48niceph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank online banking, Coins.ph, USDT (on supported networks), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name may be rejected and returned, and the Player's account may be flagged for investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and no unresolved account flags.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction values are denominated in Philippine Peso. USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit. 48niceph does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, third-party payment provider fees may apply and are beyond 48niceph's control.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 48niceph reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, subject to advance notice to the registered email address. Players wishing to close their account and withdraw their balance at any time may contact support.

48niceph offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published with each individual offer:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual bonus or promotion. A wagering requirement of, for example, 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before a withdrawal request will be processed in respect of bonus-derived funds.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer table games and certain other game categories may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are stated in the specific terms of that offer.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses are subject to a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Any bonus or associated winnings not claimed or wagered through within the stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation. Validity periods are stated with each individual offer.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

48niceph reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or cancel any bonus, and to close any account, where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged wagers designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or systematically exploiting promotions in bad faith.

All games available on 48niceph are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By placing a wager, you accept the rules of the game in question. The following general gaming terms apply across all 48niceph game categories:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 48niceph are certified to produce statistically random and fair outcomes. Certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories in accordance with PAGCOR standards.
• Live dealer games use physical equipment operated under camera surveillance. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by real-world physical processes and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or platform interruption — the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the wager returned at 48niceph's discretion.
• Wagers once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified. Players are advised to verify their wager amount before confirming.
• 48niceph reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in circumstances suggesting technical exploitation.
• Winnings are credited to a Player's account balance immediately upon game completion. All account credits are subject to verification prior to withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 48niceph platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as applicable:

• Registering more than one account on 48niceph, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Laundering money or using the platform to conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates illegal activity under Philippine law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes in bad faith.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise exploit the platform's software or intellectual property.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 48niceph staff or other Players.

48niceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• At the request of PAGCOR or any competent legal authority.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Where 48niceph determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding any bonus funds and funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any fraudulent activity. 48niceph will not be liable for any loss arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

A Player may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 48niceph support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Players who have set a self-exclusion period may not voluntarily close their account before the exclusion period has elapsed.

48niceph is committed to promoting responsible gaming in line with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following responsible gaming terms form part of these Terms and Conditions:

10.1 Age Restriction

48niceph is accessible exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process. Any individual found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method following verification, with all winnings forfeited.

10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following self-management tools are available to all registered 48niceph Players and can be activated directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player at any time. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours following a limit reduction request.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set automatic reminders at defined play session intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be self-imposed at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from 48niceph for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion order will be reported to PAGCOR.

10.3 Problem Gambling

If you are concerned that your gambling has become problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek assistance from the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming helpline, which is available independently to all residents of the Philippines.

All content on the 48niceph platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trade names, user interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 48niceph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 48niceph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.

Any unauthorized use of 48niceph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, civil action, and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 48niceph's total liability to you in respect of any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your 48niceph account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

48niceph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

48niceph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or omission. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. 48niceph will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability due to such events.

You acknowledge that participation in gambling involves inherent financial risk, and that by accessing and using 48niceph, you accept that risk. 48niceph is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Players on the platform, provided the games operated are certified fair in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

48niceph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the 48niceph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 48niceph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected and processed for the following primary purposes: account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), financial transaction processing, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and the delivery of promotions you have opted to receive.

48niceph does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own commercial use. Personal data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or as required by PAGCOR. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR. The Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all other applicable Philippine legislation apply to transactions and activities conducted on the 48niceph platform.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding the existence, validity, breach, or termination thereof — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to resolution through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

If you are accessing 48niceph from outside the Philippines, you are responsible for determining whether such access is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. 48niceph makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

48niceph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered email address and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the 48niceph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Where an amendment is required to comply with a PAGCOR regulatory requirement or applicable Philippine law, it may take effect immediately without advance notice, in which case notice will be provided as promptly as practicable following the change.
